The report will display data from campaigns sent within the last 14 days.
Filtering data in the campaign performance report
At the top of the report, you can apply three filters:
1. Date campaigns were sent
This filter allows you to select a time range for when campaigns were last sent. Options include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days
Custom range
If you select a custom range, you can manually set your own range for 'Campaign send date' using the 'Result Start' and 'Result End' filters. To use these filters, click on the 'Result Start' field. A pop-up calendar will appear. Click on the date on the calendar to select it. Then follow the same steps for the 'Result End' date.
⚠️ Important: If you want to track active email statistics, set the 'Result End' date filter to today’s date. If set to an earlier date, the report may not show the latest data.
2. Result start & end filters
In addition to the filter 'Date campaigns sent', the date filters 'Result start' and 'Result end' are available. These filters help you analyze engagement over time (used to display campaign statistics, such as campaign opens and clicks).
Example: If you want to analyze campaigns sent in the last 14 days and see engagement over the past 7 days:
Campaign send date = Last 14 days
Result Start = 7 days ago
Result End = Today
Click the calendar icon next to each date field to select your desired range.
- Sort campaign data by clicking column headers (ascending or descending order).
- Click on a campaign name to view its detailed performance report.
- Click on a split test subject line to compare A/B test results.

Shopify users: Discounts applied to orders are excluded from the revenue amount displayed.
WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Square users: Discounts are included in reported revenue.
If you ran a split test (A/B test) campaign, you can analyze how each version performed. Please note that this is not the same as a 'Split' action in an automation.
How to view split test performance:
Go to Campaign Performance Reports in the left menu.
A modal will appear: click on campaign performance and select the desired campaign.
At the top of the report, you will find the following filters: 'Campaign send date' and 'Start result and End result'. You will be redirected to a new page where you can view statistics for each message included in a split test campaign.
Three performance graphs:
Send volume per message – Percentage of each variation (message) sent to your list(s).
Open rate per message – Open rate for each variation (message).
Click rate per message – Number of clicks for each variation (message).
Below these graphs, a table displays all key performance metrics for each split test variation.
Exporting split test data: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the table to download the data as a CSV file.
To download your data:
Hover over the 'Bounce Rate' column and click the three dots.
Click 'Download data'.
Select your preferred file format:
