How to export data from campaign reports

Exporting data from your campaign reports is essential for maintaining internal records and analyzing campaign performance. This guide will explain which data you can export and provide a step-by-step guide.
You can export the following categories from your campaign report. Each category must be exported individually and will be saved as its own .csv file.
1. Opened - List of contacts who received and opened your email.
2. Unopened - List of contacts who received your email but did not open it.
3. Clicks - List of all clicks in your campaign.Includes the number of unique and total clicks for each link.
4. Clicks per Link - List of unique contacts who clicked on each link in your campaign.
5. GEO - Location data of contacts who interacted with your campaign.
6. Forwarded - List of contacts who forwarded your email using the "Forward to a Friend" link. Shows the date and the number of times the email was forwarded.
7. Social Media Shares - Overview of all shares on Facebook and Twitter:
Shared on Facebook: List of shares on Facebook.
Mentioned on Twitter: List of mentions on Twitter.
8. Unsubscribes - List of contacts who clicked on the unsubscribe link in your email.
9. Email Clients - Information about the email clients used by your contacts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook).
10. Campaign Performance - Available on Scale and Pro plans. Shows the performance of all sent campaigns, including both campaign emails and automated emails.
How to export data from your campaign report
Access the Reports Section and click on Reports in the left-hand menu of your Marketune dashboard or go to Campaigns, then All Campaigns to see reports for all sent campaigns.
1. Choose the campaign from which you want to export data by clicking on it.
2. Choose the Data Category to Export. In the left-hand menu under Overview, select the category you want to export. Options include:
Opened / Read
Clicks
GEO
Forwarded
Social
Replied
Unsubscribes
Email Clients
If you want to export data on bounced emails, go to:
Overview → Summary and click on Bounces.
3. Export the data by clicking Export link in the top right corner of the campaign report. This will download the campaign data displayed on your screen as a .csv file.
