Once your automation is set up, it's crucial to evaluate its effectiveness. This article will guide you on how to find performance reports and understand the insights they provide.
Important note: Contacts using the Apple Mail app on iOS 15 with Mail Privacy Protection enabled will be excluded from open rate tracking, unless they click a link in the email. This may impact your open rate statistics.
To access automation reports, navigate to the 'Reports' tab and select 'All Automated Series.' Here, you'll find an overview of all the automations you've created, along with key performance metrics. You can track the number of emails sent, how many contacts entered the automation, and monitor interactions (clicks and conversions).
Keep in mind, automation reports refresh every 24 hours, ensuring you always have up-to-date insights on your workflow's performance.

To gain deeper insights into your automation’s performance, click on the three dots next to the automation. Here, you can view key metrics, such as the number of emails created, the number of contacts in the automation, and the total emails sent.
For more detailed data on the emails within your automation, click on 'Automation Overview.' Scroll down to access a comprehensive dashboard for each campaign in the automation.
In the overview dashboard, you'll find crucial insights into your email performance. The Open Trend graph provides a visual representation of when your emails receive the highest number of opens, helping you identify peak engagement times.
- Activity Flow (Bottom Left): Displays the timeline of actions taken on your email, such as opens, clicks, and forwards.
- Engagement Breakdown: Offers a percentage summary of open rates, clicks, forwards, and bounces.
- Contact-Specific Insights: Click on any of these metrics to see which contacts engaged with each action.
- Open Rate Summary (Bottom Right): Compares the number of recipients who opened your email with those who didn’t, giving you an overview of audience responsiveness.
