Deal Task Reports offer sales managers a comprehensive view of their team's progress in managing and completing deal-related tasks. These reports are essential for tracking performance, ensuring sales activities remain on track, and identifying areas for improvement.
In this report, you can view key information, including:
- Number of assigned tasks
- Overdue tasks
- Completed tasks
- Total number of deals
- Deals with overdue tasks
- Deals without tasks
- Deals per sales representative
Important note: This report focuses exclusively on deal tasks and does not cover contact-related tasks.

Important note: Only users with admin privileges or those with deal report access can view this report.
Accessing the deal task report
To access the deal task reports, follow the steps below:
1. Click on 'Reports' in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on "Goal Reports" > "Task Overview"

The Deal Task Report includes several filtering options, allowing you to customize your view and focus on specific data points. You can apply a single filter or combine multiple filters to refine your report. Click on 'Related to' and select 'Deals' to filter the report based on deal-related tasks.
- Pipeline Filter - View task statistics across all pipelines or focus on a specific pipeline.
- Task Type Filter - Narrow results by task type, including: call email, lunch, meeting, appointment, custom task types
- Task Owner Filter - View statistics for all task owners or filter by an individual team member.
- Task Created Filter - Select a date range to analyze task activity, with options including: today, yesterday, last 7,14,30 days, custom data range

Details of the task owner's results
At the bottom of the report, you’ll find a detailed table displaying performance metrics for each deal owner.
This table provides insights into individual task owners and their activity, including:
- Deal Owner – The assigned sales representative managing the deal.
- Open Tasks – The number of pending tasks that still require action.
- Total Tasks – The total number of tasks assigned to the deal owner.
