How to share automation or campaign template?

If you've spent time creating a well-structured campaign or automation, and you want to share it with someone who could also benefit from it, Marketune makes it easy. Using a share link, you can quickly transfer your automation or campaign template to another Marketune user.

If you want to share an automation with another Marketune user, you can do so easily by generating a share link. Follow the steps below to create and share your automation.

Step 1: Locate the automation
Go to 'Automations' in the menu and select 'Automations' again. In the overview, find the automation you want to share. Click on the dropdown menu next to the automation.

Step 2: Generate a share link
In the dropdown menu, click on 'Share'.

Step 3: Copy the shareable link
A unique automation link will be generated for you to copy.

Step 4: Test the link
Paste the link into your browser’s address bar and check that the automation displays correctly.

Step 1: Log in to your Marketune account.

Navigate to 'Automations' in the menu, click on it, then select 'Create an Automated Series'.

Step 2: Click on 'Import an Automation'.

Step 3: Paste the URL of the automation you received into the designated field and click 'Import'.

Step 4: The automation will now load, and the Setup Wizard will open. Follow the step-by-step instructions to link the automation to your contact list and website.

Just like automations, you can also share your campaign templates with other Marketune users, allowing them to reuse your design without starting from scratch. Follow these steps to generate and share your campaign template link:

Step 1: Click on 'Campaign Templates' and browse under 'All Custom Templates' to find the template you want to share.

Step 2: Hover over the campaign template with your mouse. A cogwheel icon will appear in the top-right corner of the template image.

Step 3: Generate a share link by clicking on the cogwheel icon and select 'Share'.

Step 4: A unique campaign template link will be generated.

Step 5: Copy your unique link and paste the link into your browser’s address bar to verify that it opens correctly.

If you've received a campaign template link from another Marketune user, you can easily import it into your account. Follow these simple steps to add and customize the template for your own use:

Step 1: Navigate to 'Campaigns' in the menu, click on 'Campaign Templates', then select 'Import a Template'.

Step 2: Paste the URL of the campaign template you received into the designated field and click 'OK' to proceed.

Step 3: The shared campaign template will now open in your account. Click 'Save and Close' to store the template for future use.

Once the template is saved, you can select it when creating a new campaign within the email designer. 

Important note: Before launching your campaign, carefully review the template and make any necessary adjustments. This includes checking all buttons to ensure they link to the correct pages, such as your website or social media profiles. Additionally, update assigned tags for contacts who click on specific links to ensure they are categorized correctly.
