Steps to cancel your account
Go to login.marketune.com and log in with your details.
Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu.
Important:
Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
Once your subscription has expired, your data (e.g., contacts, campaign templates, automations) will be retained for a maximum of 30 days. If you think you’ll need this data, we recommend exporting it before your subscription ends.
