How can I cancel my account?

We’re sorry to hear you’re considering canceling your subscription with Marketune. We understand this is an important decision, and we’re here to help you get the most out of your automated marketing. If you’ve made up your mind, you can easily cancel your subscription through the portal. For personal assistance, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to support you.

Steps to cancel your account

  1. Go to login.marketune.com and log in with your details.

  2. Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu.

    3. Select ‘Cancel’ to proceed.


Important:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

  • Once your subscription has expired, your data (e.g., contacts, campaign templates, automations) will be retained for a maximum of 30 days. If you think you’ll need this data, we recommend exporting it before your subscription ends.
