When you create a Marketune account, you get access to two environments:

  • Marketune environment: Where you work on automations and email marketing.

  • Customer portal: Where you manage your subscription.


These two environments have different purposes, and your login details might differ depending on how you set them up. If you can’t log in, first check whether you’re using the correct credentials for the environment you’re trying to access.

2. Fixing login issues in the customer portal

If you’re having trouble logging into the customer portal and have checked your password and email address, try these steps:


Getting a ‘Pop-up window blocked’ message?

Disable the pop-up blocker in your browser:

  • Chrome:

    1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner -> Select "Settings."

    2. Under "Privacy and security," click "Site settings."

    3. Click "Pop-ups and redirects" -> Set to "Allowed."

  • Safari:

    1. Go to "Preferences" (Command + ,).

    2. Under "Websites" -> "Pop-up windows," set "marketune.com" to "Allow."


Is your browser freezing or acting up?

If your browser is unresponsive or you’re facing other issues, try the following steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Log out completely and log back into Marketune.

  2. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.

  3. Switch to a different browser (we recommend using Chrome).

  4. Restart your browser.

  5. Try logging in through an incognito window instead of the regular browser.

  6. Disable any Chrome extensions that might interfere with your session.

  7. Perform a hard refresh by pressing Command/Control + Shift + R (depending on whether you’re using a Mac or Windows computer).


These tips can also help if you’re experiencing login issues in the Marketune environment.

3. Trouble logging into the Marketune environment

If you’re unable to log into the Marketune environment:

  • Double-check your credentials:

    • Ensure you’re using the correct username and password.

    • If you’ve forgotten your password or are unsure, click Forgot password to request a new one.

  • Browser troubleshooting:
    If your browser keeps loading or the page doesn’t respond, follow the steps outlined above on browser troubleshooting.
