How to create a landing page

You can create a landing page within the 'Website' section of your Marketune account. Choose from pre-designed templates for easy customization, or create a fully custom design from scratch.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Click 'Website' in the left-hand menu of your Marketune account.
  2. In the left submenu, select 'Pages'.
  3. Click on the 'Add a New Page' button.
  4. Browse through the available templates and select one that fits your needs. Hover over a template to either preview or select it. If you prefer to create a custom page, click 'Blank' to start with an empty layout.
  5. Name your landing page with a clear, recognizable title, then click 'Save'.

Once your page is created, you can personalize the design, add content, and optimize it for maximum conversions.

Customize landing page design

The page designer in Marketune offers an intuitive way to customize your landing page by adding content, adjusting the theme, and modifying the layout. It uses a simple drag-and-drop interface, similar to designing a campaign, where you can easily move elements from the sidebar and place them directly onto your page.

Here's an overview of the available design elements and how they can help enhance your landing page:

Customize the theme of your page

To personalize the look and feel of your landing page, navigate to the 'Theme' tab in the right-hand panel. From here, you can make the following adjustments:

  • Background – Choose a solid color, gradient, or image background to enhance visual appeal.
  • Color Palette – Adjust the overall color scheme to match your brand identity.
  • Font – Select a typography style that aligns with your design.
  • Font Size – Customize text size for readability and impact.
  • Page Layout – Modify the structure to create an engaging user experience.

Add a form to your landing page

Adding a form to your landing page is an effective way to capture leads and grow your email marketing list with ease.

To include a form, simply drag the 'Inline Form' block from the right panel to the desired section of your page. You can choose an existing form from your library or create a new one. Customize the fields, add a clear call-to-action, and ensure it aligns with your marketing objectives.

By optimizing both your page theme and lead capture form, you'll create a visually appealing and high-converting landing page.

Publish your page or save it as a template

Once you've customized your landing page, you have two options: you can either publish it for public access or save it as a template for future use. To save it as a template, click the three dots next to the page name and select 'Save as Template.' This will allow you to reuse the design for future campaigns, creating new pages quickly with the same layout.

To publish your page and make it live, click the 'Publish Page' button. A window will appear where you can select and customize your domain. By default, a Marketune-generated URL will be assigned, but you also have the option to connect your own custom domain. Once you've chosen your domain, click “Publish.”

Your page is now live! However, it won't be visible to anyone until you share the link.

Adding tracking and analytics code to your page

Once your landing page is published, you can enable tracking to gain insights into visitor activity. Simply navigate to the tracking section in your Marketune account, activate site tracking, and add your domain to the whitelist for proper tracking.

If you use Google Analytics, you can track page visits by adding your Google Analytics Tracking ID in the page settings. After setting it up, you'll be able to collect and analyze visitor data, helping you optimize your page's performance and improve conversion rates.

Set meta information for your page

Meta information is crucial for helping search engines and social media platforms correctly display and understand your content. With Marketune Pages, you have full control over how your page appears online. You can customize the title displayed in search results, the image shown when your URL is shared, the favicon that appears in browser tabs, and relevant keywords to boost your search engine visibility.

To access and edit meta information, click the arrow next to 'Edit Design' and select 'View Page Settings'. Then, navigate to the 'Meta' tab and enter the meta details you wish to use.

By optimizing your tracking, analytics, and meta settings, you ensure your landing page is discoverable, trackable, and optimized for engagement and conversions.

Share your landing page

Once your landing page is ready, you can easily share it across your ads, emails, social media posts, and other online marketing campaigns. Simply copy the URL of your landing page and paste it into your campaigns to start driving traffic.

Manage your landing page

In Marketune, you have the flexibility to edit, update, or deactivate your landing page at any time. Whether you want to make changes to the content, layout, theme, or page URL, the process is simple and intuitive.

To make updates to your page, go to the 'Pages' section of your account. Click 'Edit Design' next to the page you want to modify.

If you need to update the page name, URL, or deactivate the page, follow these steps:

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to 'Edit Design'.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
    • View page settings
    • View page
    • Undo publish
    • Get page URL
    • Edit page URL
    • Make a duplicate
    • Rename page

Use these options to manage and customize your landing page effortlessly.
