How can I add and remove users?

As a member of the Admin group, you have the ability to add new users to your account and manage their permissions. These users can log in to your Marketune account and utilize the available tools to perform various marketing and sales tasks to assist you.


If you are the primary account administrator, you also have the ability to remove users. Once removed, users will no longer have access to the account. This feature is particularly useful if someone has left the company or transitioned to a different role within your organization.

Adding users to Marketune account

The number of users that you can add to your account depends on the type of subscription you have:

Solo: For a single user.

Scale: Includes 1 extra user.
Pro: Includes up to 5 additional users.

To add new user to the account
1. Click on “Settings" button in the bottom left corner of account menu.
2. Navigate to “Users and groups” in the end of the list.
3. Click the “Add new user” button.

4. Fill all the all users details in the pop-up window and select a user group to which you want to add the user.
5. Click “Add”.

Removing users from your account
Before removing user from the account, here are a few things to consider:
  • Only Administrator can remove user from the account.
  • Removing the user is a permanent action and it can’t be undone.
  • If the user which was removed owned any lists, they will be automatically reassigned to the account administrator.
  • Any images uploaded by the user in the Content Manager will be permanently deleted.
  • Templates created by the user will also be removed from the account.
  • All deals owned by the user must be reassigned to another user by the primary account administrator before removal.

To remove the user from the account, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Settings" in the bottom left corner of your account.
2. Select "Users and Groups" from the left side of the menu.
3. Choose the user you want to remove, and click on the check box near the user name.
4. Click "Remove".

5. In the confirmation window, click "Remove Users" to finalize the action.

If the user you’re removing owns deals in your account, a pop-up will prompt you to reassign their deals to another user. This ensures no deals are left unassigned during the removal process.
